A little more info about myself:
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked with children in school settings --from being a teacher's aid to a school counselor for 6 years. I deeply enjoyed it, as it taught me much about developmental psychology.During my free time you are most likely to find me in nature or gathered together with loved ones. Also, I devote much of my time to continue to read and study advanced psychology and to practice meditation. I love to be in constant growth... I am an eternal learner!A little fun fact about me: my name "Maite" [pronounced my-the] means "love" in Basque/Euskera language. I come from a blended background of nordic Basque mountains people and colorful tropical South American cultures.
