A little more info about myself:

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked with children in school settings --from being a teacher's aid to a school counselor for 6 years. I deeply enjoyed it, as it taught me much about developmental psychology. During my free time you are most likely to find me in nature or gathered together with loved ones. Also, I devote much of my time to continue to read and study advanced psychology and to practice meditation. I love to be in constant growth... I am an eternal learner!

A little fun fact about me: my name "Maite" pronounced [my-the] means "love" in Basque/Euskera language. I come from a blended background of nordic Basque mountains people and colorful tropical South American cultures.
