"Change is inevitable, Growth is optional"J.M.

Therapy

I am passionate about my work. I combine psychology and neuroscience with experiential practices, and reflective dialogue. My approach is kind, curious, and proactive. I offer clear guidance and tools to help you grow strengths and resources that will enhance your health and relationships.

As part of my practice, I consult about my clients progress with highly recognized teachers and clinicians. Every year I continue to study highly advance courses and specialties, and apply the latest research to my work in therapy sessions.

I do my own personal work to grow. I have been a client in therapy in all the specialties that I offer. This gives me a depth of work that can't be acquired by just studying.

One of the best predictors for positive outcomes of therapy is a collaborative relationship between therapists and clients. I am very engaged during therapy sessions and ask of my clients to be active participants too.
