What is the first step?

For therapy: Contact me via phone, text or email to book a free online 20 minute consultation.

For the Mindfulness & self compassion workshop: send me an email letting me know you are interested in the workshop at maite@maiteacedomft.com.

 

After the first step: 

Once we book your appointment or group service, I will send you a link via email to complete forms that are needed for therapy and/or groups. Through the link, you can make and manage payments with credit/debit or FMA card. I can also receive payments through Zelle or Venmo.

How do I sign up for the mindfulness workshop?

To be part of the free mindfulness workshop, you just need to contact me via email (maite@maiteacedomft.com) and I will send you the Zoom link that you will use to join the workshop at the date and time indicated.

How do I sign up for the psycho-educational groups or therapy?

To participate in the psycho-educational groups or individual therapy contact Maite Acedo directly via email or call to get an initial free 15-minute consultation.

Payment, fees, insurance? 

Please contact me directly to give you my current fees for groups, individual or couples therapy.

I do not take insurance payments directly. I do provide you with a monthly Insurance Reimbursement Statement that you can use to get reimbursement. You can call your insurance directly to see if you qualify for "out of network provider" coverage, or you can go to the "Reinbursify" app and follow simple steps to see if you qualify for reimbursement.
